Terms of sale are C.O.D., Visa or mastercard unless otherwise authorized. To obtain credit terms, please contact ACCESS 8 and obtain a Dealer Credit Application Form from our Credit Department.
Applicable taxes will be added to orders. Ontario Dealers must fill out a Blanket Provincial Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and return it to ACCESS 8 before your initial order is processed.
Prices are subject to change without any notice and will be confirmed prior to shipment on telephone orders. We reserve the right to correct all typographical errors.
ACCESS 8's Summer business hours are from 8:30am - 5:00pm (EST) Monday to Thursday, Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm.
All products are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse in Markham, Ontario. Courier services available daily are: Canada Post, UPS and/or Purolator. Alternate shipping arrangements can be made with prior notice. All orders in by 4:00pm (EST) will be processed and shipped the same day. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice total.
Minimum order for C.O.D. and Credit Card sales is $25.00.
Minimum order for Net accounts is $50.00.
Charges for N.S.F. cheques will be $20.00.
All products sold by ACCESS 8 have a minimum 90 day, Parts and Labour warranty. If a product is returned as defective and no fault is found, ACCESS 8 reserves the right to charge a minimum "No Fault Found" fee of $35.00.
